Our Services
Pre-clinical drug testing
At OncoGenesys, we specialize in providing robust syngeneic mouse models that support cancer immunotherapy research. These models enable researchers to evaluate new therapies within a fully functional immune system, offering a realistic setting to explore tumor–immune interactions and advance oncology discoveries.
Together with our team of experienced scientists, we ensure that every study is designed to be reproducible, customizable, and regulatory-compliant—helping to streamline and accelerate cancer drug development.
We offer both subcutaneous and orthotopic tumor implantation models, including clinically relevant orthotopic mouse models for studying tumor progression and metastasis. OncoGenesys syngeneic models retain an intact and functional immune system, unlike traditional xenograft models, making them ideal for immunotherapy evaluation. In addition to in vivo studies, we provide ex vivo drug testing platforms using diverse culture systems—including 2D and 3D cultures, transwells, tumor slices, and advanced microfluidic devices—enabling detailed assessment of drug responses in physiologically relevant settings. Our portfolio covers a broad range of models, including breast (4T1), colorectal (CT26, MC38), melanoma (B16F10), lung (Lewis Lung Carcinoma), and lymphoma (EL4, A20). We provide advanced immune profiling capabilities through multi-color flow cytometry, multiplexed immunofluorescence, and RNA sequencing, enabling detailed immunophenotyping of tumor-infiltrating cells. Each study can be tailored to match specific research goals, ensuring relevant and actionable insights.
Omics data analytics
At OncoGenesys, we transform complex sequencing data into clear, actionable insights. Our team specializes in bulk and single-cell sequencing as well as spatial transcriptomics, offering complete workflows from sample preparation to advanced bioinformatics. Whether working with preclinical or clinical materials, we support bulk and single cell RNA-seq, Visium, Xenium and related platforms, delivering results you can trust.
Our services range from standard transcriptomics pipelines to fully customized analyses, including target validation, biomarker discovery and systems-level interpretation. Using state-of-the-art statistics, visualization and machine learning, our bioinformaticians tailor solutions to your research needs and develop new modules when required.
Every project is guided with transparency: we explain the assumptions, parameters and algorithms behind the results, ensuring clarity and reproducibility. Beyond data analysis, we provide expert biological interpretation, placing findings in a wider systems-biology context and advising on validation, experimental follow-up and publication strategies.
